障害を持つ人もそうでない人もみんなが「共に働き、共に生活する場をつくり、共に生きる社会を実現しようと、さまざまな事業・活動に積極的に取り組んでいます。わっぱの会は、地域社会に貢献することを目指す団体です。 私たちのミッションは、障害のある人・ない人に関わらず、地域の中で安心して共に生き、共に働ける社会を実現することです。『差別をなくす・偏見をなくす・能力主義をなくす』をかかげ、私たちはお給料のことを分配金と呼んでいます。チーム一団となり、協力し合って働いた成果をまとめ、分け合おうという考え方からこの制度が生まれました。お給料はそれほど高くないかもしれません。それでも、私たちは５０年間この活動を誇りに思い、歩んでまいりました。ここで働くスタッフはそんな志に共感してくれた大切な仲間です。上下関係はなく、ざっくばらんに話し合える職場です。NPO求人
We are actively engaged in a variety of projects and activities to create a place where people with and without disabilities can "work and live together" and realize a society where we can all live together. Wappa no Kai is an organization that aims to contribute to the local community.
Our mission is to realize a society where people with and without disabilities can live and work together in the community with peace of mind. With the slogan "eliminate discrimination, prejudice, and meritocracy," we call our salaries "distributions."
This system was born from the idea of compiling and sharing the results of work done as a team. The salary may not be very high.
Still, we have been proud of this activity for 50 years and have continued to move forward.
The staff who work here are important colleagues who share this aspiration.
It is a workplace where there are no hierarchical relationships and we can talk frankly.
